When you created your account you specified a 'challenge question' and 'challenge response'. As long as you know your email address and the answer to your challenge question (in other words the challenge response) you can have a new password automatically created for you and sent with your user name to your email address.

To reset your password simply visit the password reset page and fill in your email address and then your challenge response when asked to.

If you fail to answer the challenge question correctly after 3 tries you will be locked out from further attempts for 15 minutes. Note that any failed login attempts will also be counted towards this number (therefore you may have to wait the entire period to try again).

If after several attempts you are still unable to answer the challenge question you will have to contact the administrator by clicking here to request a manual password reset (which may take a day or longer).

To request a manual password reset you must provide information about your account to prove your identity. At minimum this must include your email address, your first and last name, a list of memorials which you have created and the approximate date when you created your account.
