FAQ: I tried to set the background image yet it doesn't show up, what is wrong?
Some older web browsers are not able to view background images (in tables). Netscape Navigator version 4 is known to have this problem. This is a problem with the browser and not your background image or Memoriam.org.
You will have to either upgrade your browser to a more recent version, or instead use a background color for your memorial.
