FAQ: What are pixels?
FAQ: What are pixels?
Pixels are the 'dots' on your computer monitor. Most monitors have between 800 to 1600 pixels across the width, and between 600 to 1280 pixels across the height of the monitor.
Pixels are also used to measure the size of a computer image file. If your picture is very wide or tall it may be larger than a visitor's monitor making it very difficult to view your memorial. It is recommended that any picture you use in your memorial be no larger than 600 pixels wide and 500 pixels high.
