Brian was born in Ottawa and grew up in Nepean (Viewmount near Meadowlands). He was the oldest of four; the only boy. His favoutite thing as a child was to visit his grandfather in Constance Bay. He'd always come home with a box full of parts to tinker with. This set him on a lifetime love of amateur radio and recording music. He was always energy conscious and at the age of eighteen built a wind generator; carving the propellor himself. He attended technical school at Highland Park and received his Amateur Radio licence in 1978. He attended Algonquin College and used his electronics skills at his work in Gandalf and Canadian Marconi. There he met Deborah Rockwood. They bought a house in Dunrobin. He spent many summers renovating the house, replacing almost everything to make it almost new. The house is well known for the many antennas Brian put up around the property. For twenty years Brian operated B.S Trax Productions in the basement and recorded many bands. In 2003 he bought an Iltis as is and worked on it's electrical system to get it on the road. He fought a battle with cancer which he succumbed to in 2005. We love you Brian.
