Noriel Javier A loving father and a great friend. Noriel's friends referred to him as "manager", perhaps because of his natural leadership style. Deep inside the leader was a warm, caring and admirable person. He posessed a natural charm and wit that was appreciated by all who knew him. Noriel was born in Alaminos, Laguna, Philippines, son of the late Jose Javier, a farm land owner and the late Agustina Matibag, a public school principal. Noriel is a Business Management graduate from the Far Eastern University, class of 1964. He managed various banking institutions in Manila. In 1965, Noriel was married to Dorothy Medina Fojas, and raised three children, Romney, Noriel Jr. and Rey. In 1984, at the age of 39, Noriel passed away from cardiac arrest. Noriel's memory will always live forever. We are forever greatful for his love and all the joy he brought to our lives. He was a great person, a good friend and a loving father.
