Love always, Your Family and Friends. Dale Louis Gornick, Jr. was born on November 5, 1979 in Crown Point, Indiana. He moved with his family to Bull Shoals, Arkansas during the month of October, 1987. Dale passed on March 26, 2002 at the Indian Rockhouse in the Buffalo National River Area. Dale graduated from Flippin High School and attended two years of college. He loved the outdoors and spending time with his friends. He was planning to return to college and begin work as a model. At the time of his death he was survived by his grandfather, Claude; his grandmother, Toni; his grandmother, Betty; his father, Dale; his mother, Claudette and his older sister, Heather.
