Frederick A Phillips was born on August 5 1977 to Kathi Phillips and Brevt Mosley SR drederick was the boy of 14 children He attend school in the kansas city missouri school district, Fred as we all call him was a fun loving easy gong young man he had a short life here on earth but he was always happy and had a smile on his face ne had a way of bringing joy to everyone , We lost Fred at the age of 24 for reasons we have never found out, Fred was gunned down by four cowards on Dec 15, 2001 at 12 noon, I am Frederick mother and I wish everyone could have known Fredeerick, he would help anybody he really cared about the eldery and the children, Frederick was my heart and I will never forget the day I got the news Drederick was gunned down, that was a dark day for me, , Frederick lost his life at 38 th & South Benton in broad open day light and there were people out all over the blockn because it was a warm day for Decenber, yet no one saw a thing , so we are still looking for imformation in our son murder if any one knows any thing please call kcpd . I miss my son so much , It was very hard to hane christmas that year and it was also hard for m to have my 47th birthday the day afte Frederick got killed, Frederick had no children , but he left behind his mother Kathi Phillips. his father Brent Mosley Sr, 2 brothers William Phillips.
