In Memoriam of Robin Soon Lim who was loved by many and will be dearly missed.
I can only call what has happened a horrible accident. I know that it was a mistake and that Robin didn't mean for this to happen or to hurt herself and those she loves. Everyone close to her knows that she was excited about life and the future. She had many plans with friends in the near future, and while that doesn't make this any easier, it is important to know that Robin was engaged with her life, those important to her, and the world around her. She was making my life bright even the last days she was here.
I want to send Robin positive thoughts and feelings of love and peace wherever she is. She will be an active part of my everyday life, because she touched me and changed my point of view.
I would like to create an "Ethical Will" which outlines some of the things that Robin found important and make it a point to see that her values are carried on in her memory, and that things she felt were important are tended to.
Right now it is a thought that I carry as I grieve, but I hope to solidify it more as a mission in Robin's honor.
I know Robin cared about many things, and her passion for life was infectious. I shared many of her passions, and as I remember her I'll try to remember what was important to her.
Scott
